CRL Chief Engineer Meeting (Year 2014)
CRL held “Chief Engineer Meeting, Year 2014” in Tianjin headquarters in December 12th, 2014. The meeting was hosted by Mr. Jianguo Fan, Deputy General Manager & Chief Engineer of CRL Group. The participants also include Science & Technology Management Department of Headquarters, chief engineers and managers of Science & Technology Management Department of the 5 subsidiaries. Year 2014 is the summary year of CREC’s science and technology works in 12th Five-Year Plan, the critical year for CREC’s science and technology planning in 13th Five-Year Plan, and more importantly, the sailing year of CRL, a survey & design enterprise aircraft carrier.
During the meeting, Mr. Jianguo Fan delivered important speeches. All the participants spoke and discussed their views freely. The meeting lasted for more than 5 hours. All the subsidiary companies reported their science and technology works in 2014, analyzed present shortcomings, made plans for following working, and offered suggestions for the “Science & Technology Enterprise Strategy” respectively.
Through this meeting, all the subsidiaries understood the science and technology works of CRL more deeply, formed consensus of future development goals, and found more clearly their respective positions in CRL’s science and technology management planning in 2015 and key development directions of the 13th Five-Year Plan.
By the end of the meeting, Mr. Jianguo Fan commended all the subsidiaries for their full preparations of work summaries of the 12th Five-Year Plan and work plans of the 13th Five-Year Plan, acknowledged that some of the suggestions and ideas brought up during the meeting are prospective and advancing. Mr. Jianguo Fan also concluded: “This meeting has laid a solid foundation for CRL’s science and technology works in the future.” He wished “All the subsidiaries and related departments in Headquarters shall make good plans for the science and technology works in 2015, deepen science and technology planning of the 13th Five-Year Plan, and contribute every effort for greater prosperity of CRL, the science and technology aircraft carrier.”
